The strategy document lives on the account

MD Plans is the Plan Generator and the portal at plans.md-hub.com. You describe the work. A Server Agent job writes the document and stores it for the owner. The back office and the portal are the same tools. Sign-in is required.

Four jobs

Describe it. The job stores the document.

  • New planDescribe the plan. The job stores the document in Plans.
  • UpdateSend answers, changes, and questions back into the same document.
  • SummaryA one-page stakeholder brief, two pages at most. The full plan is not changed.
  • Analyze RFPIts own job. The brief becomes an RFP package in the same list.

Four document types

  • Plan — aim, scope, and the order of what happens next.
  • RFP — analyzed from a brief and stored as its own package.
  • Grant — kept in the same list, same statuses.
  • RCA report — root-cause report beside Plan, RFP, and Grant.

What the job can use

  • Knowledge base — optional facts the draft is written from (including a shared base).
  • AI agents — specialists from MD AI Agents; prompts inject into the job.
  • Sections — SWOT, gap analysis, compliance, fair-market value, RFP or grant response.
  • Letterhead — company profile stamps logo, palette, and contact.
  • Status — New, Q&A, Building, Completed, or Abandoned.

Share & hand off

  • Team — teammates see it read-only in their Plan Generator.
  • Public link — anyone with the link can read the plan HTML.
  • Email — send to contacts you pick, with a short note.
  • Custody — timeline of shares, removals, and public-link events.
  • Project — create a Project Manager project from the plan.

Plan Generator

Opens in the back office on the account you are signed in as. The list is the plans you own, plus plans a teammate shared with your team. New, update, summarize, and analyze RFP run as Server Agent jobs.

Plans portal

The same tools at plans.md-hub.com. Installable as a desktop app. The record is the one the office already uses. Sign in to draft, share, and track — the host opens the app, not a brochure page.

For Orbital: write the on-prem install, ML pathing/collision scaffold, and first portal path as a living plan on the account — then hand accepted scope into Project Manager.
